These are photos from my friend Emily’s hen do in Bristol over this weekend, during which we visited:
Harbour Hotels: the hotel we stayed at both nights
The Library: Afternoon tea on the 14th (drink: Singapore sling)
TK Maxx and Primark: afternoon shopping
Asian BBQ & Hotpot: dinner (drink: lychee martini; food: egg fried rice and spicy tomato hotpot w/ spinach and potato)
NQ64: evening/night arcade games and cocktails (games: Crazy Taxi, Mario Kart Arcade, Donkey Kong, Outrun 2; drink: Kong Island Iced Tea x2 and Aku Aku Fruit Punch)
Tonight Josephine: Drag brunch on the 15th where for the first time the full party of 8 convened (food: halloumi burger and fries; cocktails: a lot of pomegranate something-or-other and mojito from a big bottomless jug)
Brozen Bar: afternoon frozen cocktails and a “rest” stop (cocktail: frozen sour cherry and watermelon margarita)
Bristol Old Vic: we toyed with drinking here but decided not to, took a few pics anyway
Three Brothers Burgers: a boat, which I didn’t realise until 5 minutes after sitting at the table. Seriously. (food: fries; cocktail: cuba libre)
The Lost & Found: evening/dinner where all 8 of us had dinner and drinks (food: margherita pizza with goat’s cheese; cocktail: raspberry and rhubarb sling)
Bristol & Bath Rum Distillery: end-of-night drinks at the Dead Man’s Fingers birthplace (cocktails: golden rough; watermelon spritz)
Cosy Club: breakfast on the 16th (food: vegan sausage and halloumi roll; drink: double espresso)
